Our Security Deposit Policy

If for any reason the client changes their mind and wants to cancel the job. Note that the security deposit is non refundable. We ask for a security deposit to purchase materials for this specific job. We are not in sales, not a store, and hold no inventory. With over three generations in business, we have a large network of suppliers and have VIP access for custom orders. However, we cannot return a custom order.

We are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails for a small family business; hence the security deposit is also to save the specific date of your choice. Once that is secured, your chosen date is locked in and nothing can move you from our schedule.

The only exception that saves the clients’ security deposit is, if a client is stuck in a predicament and must change an existing booked date for another date. As long as we are notified as soon as possible; there is no problem for changing a secured date.
